Un Ponte Per is a Third Sector Entity - ETS (rep. no. 128584 registered in the “OTHER THIRD SECTOR ENTITIES” section of the National Single Register) and an NGO, registered in the AICS List (Decree no. 2016/337/000281/5). All donations in support of Un Ponte Per are tax deductible if made with any means of payment, with the exception of those in cash within the limits and under the conditions set forth by current legislation and practices. Payments made as membership fees are not deductible. To understand which solution is best suited to your tax regime, contact your accountant or your CAF.  

Cash donations from individuals to ETS are deductible up to 10% of the total declared income. Alternatively, they are deductible at 30%, for an amount not exceeding 30,000 euros of donation.

Donations in money from entities subject to corporate tax in favor of ETS are deductible up to 10% of the total declared income. Alternatively, donations in favor of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) are deductible for a total amount not exceeding 2% of the declared business income or for an amount not exceeding 30,000 euros.

Every year, between March and April, those who support us receive a summary of the donations made during the previous year, which is referred to in the tax return. If you do not find the communication with the summary, write to raccoltafondi@unponteper.it or call 06 44 70 2906, we will take care of sending it again as soon as possible.
