The Presidency is elected by the Members’ Assembly, serves a three-year term, and cannot be re-elected more than twice consecutively. It is composed of a President and a Co-President, who represent the Association at the institutional level. They must identify with different genders and work with the utmost horizontality, information-sharing, and a collaborative spirit in supporting the activities of the Association.
Since 2024, Un Ponte Per has introduced the Honorary Presidency—a symbolic title awarded in recognition of outstanding contributions and a strong, long-standing connection with the Association.

The National Committee operates in implementation of the resolutions of the Assembly and is endowed with the broadest powers for the political direction of the Association. It is composed of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 people, elected by the Assembly from among the members. The mandate lasts three financial years and expires with the Assembly convened for the approval of the budget of the third financial year. The members can be re-elected.

The Internal Control Committee (OdC), appointed by the Assembly, has the task of supervising compliance with the law, the Statute and the principles of correct administration. It checks the adequacy of the organizational, administrative and accounting structure, and verifies its functioning. Furthermore, it monitors compliance with civic, solidarity and social utility purposes, and certifies that the social balance sheet complies with current guidelines.

The Supervisory Body (OdV), appointed by the National Committee, has the function of monitoring the implementation of the Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 approved on 17 December 2021 and evaluating its development, as well as any potential violations.
