On 17 June 2025, we look forward to seeing you at Spazio Europa (Piazza Venezia, Rome) for an important day of discussion and mobilisation as part of the Net4Defenders project, dedicated to the protection and support of activists and movements at risk.

The meeting will focus on the theme of the progressive restriction of civic space in Italy and on the consequences of the new Security Decree, which directly affects the right to protest and the viability of social and political activism. An opportunity to discuss, reflect and act together with institutional representatives, organisations and activists committed on the front line on a daily basis.

During the event, theHolistic Protection Hub, a pilot initiative aiming to become a stable and replicable European reference point for the protection of human rights defenders, will be officially presented.
